The Student Club Activity Information System is open for Semester 114-2 starting at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 15. All student clubs must register online and update club information.

1) Use the new system (starting this semester)

From this semester onward, all club registration tasks must be completed in the new Club Information System.

2) If your club has a new president, upload the handover form

If your club elects its president at the beginning of each year or each semester, and a president is newly elected this semester (including re-election), please upload the “Student Club/Society Officer Handover Record Sheet” when you register.

Before you upload, please make sure either:

• the former president has signed the form, or

• you attach a consent letter from the former president.

3) Register on time (important)

Based on the latest “National Taiwan University Regulations for Autonomous Student Organization and Student Club Counseling” (approved on December 8, 2025, and pending official announcement), clubs should complete registration at least one week before the semester starts.

If you register late:

• From the deadline until your registration is completed, the Student Activity Division and other offices may not be able to process requests for:

  • activity applications,

  • venue/equipment borrowing, or

  • other administrative support.

• Once registration is completed, you cannot request support for the period before you registered.

• If a club does not register for four semesters in a row, it will be automatically deactivated.

• To restart a deactivated club, you must submit a separate reactivation request.

Please register as early as possible to avoid affecting your club’s activities.
